What do I need to know before booking?

A color consolation is always encouraged, especially if you want a big change or a “fashion color”. We do require a consultation for all new extension services. Consultations help us all to get on the same page and establish a plan for your service. We discuss the process, maintenance, and pricing. We want you to have complete confidence in us, and we get to meet you!

Why do I have to provide a credit card before I book a service?

We respect your time. Having a card on file insures folks respect ours. We have services that book out several hours of time on stylist’s books. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you do it within business hours the day prior to your scheduled appointment. In the case of a no call/no show we will charge your card the full amount of your scheduled service. In the event of a late cancellation we will charge your card half the price of the service booked.

What should I do to my hair before I arrive?

We ask that you show up with your hair clean and dry.

What if I don’t know what haircut looks best on me?

That’s what we are here for! We will talk with you and find the best cut that fits your lifestyle and looks best with your face shape. If you have had consistent difficulty getting a cut that works for you in the past, we encourage you to book one of our Deluxe Cuts. These cutting services add additional time for a consultation and styling tips.

Can I bring pictures of what I want?

Yep! You can even email them to us before your service.
