We understand that good old-fashioned customer service and an appreciation for the art of hairdressing can go hand in hand. We know no one wants to feel like they are getting their hair done on an assembly line.
We recognize that you are not a robot and you want to express your own style. We personally never liked the "mega salons" of the past few years and we wanted to make a place where WE wanted to work. We believed folks thought the same way we did, so in 2008 we opened Cha Cha's.
It seems to us that many in our industry have forgotten the beauty shops of yesteryear and the barbers shops of our youth, but we are proud to carry on the tradition of the beauticians and barbers that have "cut" a trail before us. The gang here at Cha Cha's believes that you cannot stay current without taking a look at your past.
In 2008, we decided to make this idea a reality and we opened Cha Cha’s. There was just three of us in the beginning but five short years later, we outgrew our original location and have moved to our new spot on in the Historic South Hill Station area of Lexington at 527 South Upper Street. We're located in a 104-year old building with exposed brick walls, aged hardwood floors, and we even have a traditional barbershop for the guys.
We are proud of what we have done here and we know that Cha Cha's is a place where you will feel like you belong and a place you could call your own.
Make Cha Cha’s salon a part of your story.

Once again- we want to thank everyone who took a second out of their day to vote for us. Just being mentioned is enough, but being voted best hair salon, two years in a row, puts us over the moon! Thanks, gang. We couldn’t do what we do with out you!
